Lily was brilliant with my 9 year old daughter. She put her at ease and the haircut was also good. We will definitely be back. The salon atmosphere was relaxed. All the ladies seemed lovely.

Louise is always perfect with hair cuts & perms, she understands my needs even if i struggle to explain it properly. She's a lovely person and always does a perfect job! 100% Recommend and wont use anyone else :)

Very lovely welcome, took my 8year old daughter for a hair cut. Was offered a drink whilst I waited and the lady cutting her hair was really lovely and put her at ease! Friendly salon! Thank you ☺️

I had the pleasure to meet with Nicole today. She was very welcoming, calm and kind. Nicole talked through what I would like to have and agreed on the style and how it is going to happen. After some buzz cut I had a hair wash. Her fingers are very gently and gave me a pleasant head massage. The shampoo smelled like peach, I loved it. Nicole carefully adjusted the water temperature as well. The next was a bit of hair cutting and drying. I did not experienced hair pulling at all. It was great that she did not asked too many questions and the whole session was calm without pressure. Originally I have booked a short cut option, but Nicole made it sure that I am not overpaying as I have a very short hair style and I only needed a bit of cleaning up. I was offered the option to book the next appointment, which I did. The whole experience was pleasant neurodivergent friendly for me. Thank you so much again Nicole!
